The dealership will not work on price an push warranties hard. My transaction took place at the end of the day and they wouldn't replace a dead battery, missing bolt or compromise on bad tires. Frequently had typos on legal paper work that my wife and I kept pointing out on each re-print while with Gabriel Hernandez. It was a strange experience to be told to go ahead and sign documents regardless - I kept pointing out on each re-print while with Gabriel Hernandez. The car that we scheduled a visit for was sold "moments" before arriving to the lot - after driving two hours to see it. Attempted to up-sell a new 2025 car despite repeating our budget restrictions for a used older one, mainly for getting from point A to B. More

Rodney Houston and Andres from Finance gave me the run around. They kept sneaking in fees and would take hours to respond to my emails/calls/texts. I am a first time car buyer, and they made this process around. They kept sneaking in fees and would take hours to respond to my emails/calls/texts. I am a first time car buyer, and they made this process xxxx for me, despite me putting a deposit down when I first visited the dealership. This lack of response caused me to drive to the dealership uncertain if I would take the car home that day. The drive is 45 minutes . The only silver lining are Pedro (salesperson) and Gabriel (finance). After showing up unannounced as Rodney and Andres were not getting back to me, Pedro (salesperson) and Gabriel (finance) helped me purchase the vehicle and sign. They had me out in less than an hour, and didn’t try to sneak in hidden fees and or have me waiting around on them. I’m happy I finally have my new car, but I truly hope I never have to do this again. More
