Got home after my oil change and tire rotation when I left to pick up my wife at work, my daughter called me to let me know there is an oil stain in the driveway. I was parked at my wife’s work when I walked out and noticed a big puddle of oil dripping from my oil pan after examining the leak. I realize that the drainage plug was not tightened. Oil have been leaking since I took off from the Toyota dealership and was all over the undercarriage. I called a little bit after five on Saturday, but the lady that answered the phone told me that the service department had already been closed to bring the truck back Monday. I came to this dealership Saturday, September 26 for an appointment at 12:30pm. I entered a service lane at 12:32pm and waited for 28minutes in my car while no one came up to assist me, yet the cars behind appointment at 12:30pm. When I tried to get a man’s attention while he was eating pizza at a desk by the windows he looks around once and went back to eating his food. Workers say me looking around yet no one stopped to help me. After 20+ minutes waiting, I was able to get someone’s else’s attention and finally asked how I can leave this area since no one wanted to help me. More
