My poor rating for this dealership is due to their culture and unprofessionalism when the clients are not there. As I was waiting for a family member of mine there, I overheard two salesman talking sl culture and unprofessionalism when the clients are not there. Ozzie my sales rep was super easy to deal with and responsive as i needed to purchase remotely. We settled on a price and agreed i could sign the paperwork remotely. Then he put me thru to finance and responsive as i needed to purchase remotely. We settled on a price and agreed i could sign the paperwork remotely. Then he put me thru to finance and they said well you can sign most of it remote but you need to come innfor five minutes. I figured it would be 15-20 because I expected them to exaggerate. Well before i left i asked how can i pay check or ach? They said yes. So i get there and they say they can’t verify my check because its a business check. And they knew this but never bothered to tell me. They asked me to leave and come back tomorrow with a cashiers check. I drove an hour both ways. They never apologized for poor communication or did anything to make it right. Not the rep not finance not the manager they brought over. The manager ended up pointing out 45 min in that I could pay with debit. After i was there an hour i paid and was on my way. The windshield was cracked and they said someone would contact me and come to replace it at my house withn the week. Its been 4 days and no one has called to schedule. More

Northpark service department is excellent and the financial staff are awesome, they work well with me as their customer. North park Toyota is one of the Dealerships I won’t trust I’ve spent lots of money here not only purchased one but two vehicles from this place even though they want to keep my vehicle for repairs I would de I’ve spent lots of money here not only purchased one but two vehicles from this place even though they want to keep my vehicle for repairs I would definitely need one at least for the time being so I can work once it’s done I’ll be able to return the loaner but always tend to give you the run arounds next time I would just stick with Lincoln better than Toyota never again would I recommend NORTH PARK OR ITS BRAND More
