First the service at Cobb County Toyota was above and beyond satisfactorily, we were originally greeted by three different sales reps who gave the upmost service and even went out of their way to assist beyond satisfactorily, we were originally greeted by three different sales reps who gave the upmost service and even went out of their way to assist us. When I was ready to test drive a RAV4 we were set up with Bryce who made my whole experience much simpler. Bryce was extremely knowledgeable about your products and went step by step through all of the features of all your vehicles! Being a Saturday I was under the impression that I would be waiting long periods without service however the staff was quick and efficient with all customers! They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and absolutely make sure that you absolutely want the vehicle you want before you buy! This experience was truly one of a kind and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I have already recommended for others to come to this dealership! Bryce was also exceptional, all praises to him for his dedication and knowledge to assisting the customers, you can really tell the store cares about putting you in the right car! I really didn’t know what I wanted until I got in the RAV4 and had it’s features explained in great detail, that aspect of the experience was just far above the rest of the locations in Cobb county that I went to! I purchased my Dream car Toyota Highlander for Cobb County Toyota on 28th Dec 2023. Sales Person Frank was so good salesman, he convience me to go with Toyota highlander whereas I went there to enquire County Toyota on 28th Dec 2023. Sales Person Frank was so good salesman, he convience me to go with Toyota highlander whereas I went there to enquire for RAV4. He offered me all possible good deal to finalize everything in 4 hours. After I got my car, I am having trouble with Wind whistling noise and cabin air pressure problem. for first visit I was shoot down saying this is inheriate issue with highlander and it is normal. After 2 visit to service dept, though issue has not been gone completely but Todd Pluger drove with me, hear the problem petiently. I am not sure I am getting use to the wind noise but feeling bit smoother ride eventually. Hopeful and counting on Cobb County and Toyota to come back one day with more promising fix for my issue. More
