This is the second time I've waited in the waiting room for my car to be completed and the service representative never told me or the front that the car was done. I waited 2 extra hours once and about 30 for my car to be completed and the service representative never told me or the front that the car was done. I waited 2 extra hours once and about 30 extra minutes this time. This time I even noted that I can see my car out front done and they still said it wasn't ready. It was after the 3rd time that I asked that they finally checked and confirmed it actually was done. More
