Bought 2 cars from them and they still tried to screw me over! My first Crosstrek hybrid died after 6 years (nightmare with the service department!!) We had a couple issues with my windshield replacement, but it has been resolved. I was given a loaner car for the weekend while they addressed the situation, and I was very appreciative of that. My suggestion would be to communicate what’s being done with a customer’s vehicle. My frustration came from not knowing why something was done the way it was, but once it was explained, I understood. I think some quality training could be beneficial for the service team to take a bit more pride and care in the work they send out there. Everyone I worked with was completely professional and kind.
