Ms. O’neill, I’m sorry to hear that you had such a bad perceived experience. Unfortunately, when cars age and are in need of expensive repairs we sometimes must be the bearer of bad news that no one wants to hear. I know that there was some confusion with your windshield replacement as well and the coverage that you purchased at the time of delivery. You had scheduled an appointment to have your windshield replaced under your insurance policy unbeknownst to my department that you had purchased windshield coverage from the manufacturer. We then found out and made you aware of that coverage and you then insisted that we mislead you, which was not the case. After your numerous requests, we finally reimbursed you your personal insurance deductible out of a dealership goodwill that we weren’t responsible for. So, I’m a little surprised by this review out of the blue since we haven’t seen you in 8 months? I would be happy to further discuss any concerns you may now have at any time so please feel free to reach out directly. We wish you the best in your future services wherever they may be,
