They also tell you to lie to the bank they get you approved with about how you pay your down payment. They often deal in "Hold Checks" but tell you when you talk to the bank to tell them you paid the whole amount upfront. We have filed paperwork with our Circuit Court, filed a complaint with the FTC, as well as contacted the Attorney General's office. Stay AWAY from McCluskey. More

Me and my wife was wanting to buy but she was unsure at the time we could esign and then she decided to do so but I was then admitted to the hospital and when. I got out we both was on the same page to sign they said no it was too late which we did take some time to do so I was told several times had to hurry up and sign cause the bank was ready to take the deal away which you have 30 days to sign and was told no anyway ask to give me the work up on another vehicle I was going to my bank but hey they would not give it to me wonder why seemed kinda funny why they would not do so anyway I was told they would.not help me anymore thats fine everything seems kinda shady and after reading alot of reviews. But hey if that is the way you want to be and not make a sale thats fine More

Was told I had a limited time to esign and which I did but my wife decided not to esign but somehow on the other end it was sign which my wife did not so so. This dealership is very shady in their business practices. Bought a vehicle and was told that the tires were in great shape. Had the vehicle delivered to me and once got the vehicle found that the practices. Bought a vehicle and was told that the tires were in great shape. Had the vehicle delivered to me and once got the vehicle found that the tires were not in good shape at all. Had to go out and get new tires to make sure I could be safe on the road. Reached out to the dealership and was told 3 weeks ago that they would cover half the tires, which I was ok with. Was told today that they changed there mind and will no longer cover half of the tires. This is shady business practices. I would never recommend my worst enemy to do business with them. Awful experience! More

Easy purchase but very dishonest. Bought a $31,000 Malibu that came with a dent in the door. Said they would make sure it got fixed. Used car Bought a large used car from there. Noticed to large rust spots on the roof of the car covered in paint. Was not disclosed to me when Before I Purchas Bought a large used car from there. Had I been informed of this, it I would not have purchased this car and I would have picked something else. I've been going back and forth with the dealership for almost 4 weeks. No one returns my calls, and when I finally do get someone on the phone I get nasty attitudes all around. These people need serious customer service training. i was told to call Karen Sheppard to put in a complaint but haven't heard back from her either. I went there with good faith and definitely was not rewarded. I would never recommend them to anyone ever. Wish I had seen all these reviews before I went up there More
