I went in because Ford tech support was insistent that I must get the newest version of SYNC updated to solve all of my problems, turns out they had no clue what they where talking about but the guys at Cap must get the newest version of SYNC updated to solve all of my problems, turns out they had no clue what they where talking about but the guys at Capitol City helped me figure everything out and Michael even got my Ford app reset for me. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and paid our deductible and then found out they gave my parts to another customer and couldn't get the parts in till the next week, so I wasted an entire day with deductible and then found out they gave my parts to another customer and couldn't get the parts in till the next week, so I wasted an entire day without my car for nothing and so then I had to make another appointment and was without my car again to finally get it fixed. This wasn't the first time this has happened and I truly think it is disrespectful to customer. More
