Everything was great until I had to pick up my vehicle then all they did was hand me my paperwork and I left. They didn’t fix the problem or talk to me about my problem. I had a flat tire on the way home. then all they did was hand me my paperwork and I left. They didn’t fix the problem or talk to me about my problem. I had a flat tire on the way home. More

Working with Emily and the service department has been great every time I've taken my Wrangler in. A lot of people dislike going into dealerships for service, but Emily is always friendly and very helpful great every time I've taken my Wrangler in. 1. It was easy to communicate with the dealership. Emily was very responsive. 2. The dealership was helpful, but turnaround time is surprisingly slow compared to Toyota or Ford. We also had to insist ver was very responsive. 2. The dealership was helpful, but turnaround time is surprisingly slow compared to Toyota or Ford. We also had to insist very hard on getting a loaner car. While the dealership did acquiesce in the end, we had to switch our rental out three times while our car was in the shop. Also, if we had not insisted, we would have been paying for a rental out of pocket for 1.5 months for an issue caused by faulty manufacturing. I recommend having more courtesy cars available. 3. Finally, the process to approve the faulty manufacturing was fairly ridiculous. Chrysler knew the issue was present, but we had to wait until the error occurred again before Chrysler would approve the needed repair. That could be one week or two years. This policy feels like an attempt to wear the owner down and not fix this critical issue because the process to fix it was extremely inconvenient and not client friendly. I like my Pacifica, but this interaction with the parent company has left me less inclined to go with again or recommend Chrysler to friends and family. More

Since 12/24 my car has been at Ziegler 3 times and is finally fixes, but now I am left with a cracked window, that your management is claiming that did not happen on your premises. This is not the first finally fixes, but now I am left with a cracked window, that your management is claiming that did not happen on your premises. This is not the first time I've had issues at Ziegler. My chair was puncture by one of the mechanics. Management did not hesitate to fix it. N More
