When arrived it took 5 min for someone to help when I sit down, no coffee no refreshing no anything was awful. It took them 25 to 30 minutes just for an oil change that they didn’t do first. Nothing still was offered no special no discount no drink. Nothing I was very disappointed. No good customer service at all. More

Though I purchased a new Tundra from this location in October 2024, the sales manager under the new ownership made it clear to me that they didn't view me as their customer. Service was terrible, with the advisors acting as if the customers were more an obstacle than the point, poor facilities, with trash strewn about, and rude advisors. I purchased a $65,000.00 luxury vehicle and expect to be treated as such. BMW and Acura treat me much better, even though I'm bringing in much older cars, worth much less, that weren't even purchased from their location. I recommend finding any other dealer. I will not return for future purchases or service. More

Justin was able to assist me with my tire issue. I had taken in the vehicle a few weeks prior to Edwin Aguilar. We paid $200 to have the tire checked. They just said it was filled with fix a flat, b I had taken in the vehicle a few weeks prior to Edwin Aguilar. We paid $200 to have the tire checked. They just said it was filled with fix a flat, but I guess never checked it enough to see that there was actually a nail on the side of the tire, but Justin was wonderful getting me in and out and getting that tire replaced. More
