Great service from beginning to end. My car was rear ended and I needed body work done. The insurance company was pushing me to use their people to fix my car. They planted seeds of doubt for the work that would be done outside of the shop that they recommended. I decided to take it to the dealer and from the moment I called Koons Ford of Annapolis through to pick up of my vehicle, the service provided was great! The work done on the body of my car was exceptional! The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail displayed by your team is truly commendable.
