I was not happy when I went in this time, as I had just had work done on the power steering and now I was back with the same issue, except this time I was hooked to my trailer and on my way out of town for had work done on the power steering and now I was back with the same issue, except this time I was hooked to my trailer and on my way out of town for a work weekend at the farm 3 hours away. Needless to say this changed my plans. I lost steering and brakes on my way out of town and had to limp it into the dealership. Mike and Earl were extremely apologetic and understanding. It could not be fixed that day and I would have to leave it over the weekend. It did get fixed on Monday and they took care of me, as usual. More

My service provider, Earl was AMAZING! He addressed the electrical issues that my Lincoln was returned to me with, maintained great communication, provided a loaner vehicle, & assured all He addressed the electrical issues that my Lincoln was returned to me with, maintained great communication, provided a loaner vehicle, & assured all service issues were completed, vehicle clean, maintenance performed and safe before my long trek to SoCal. And he did it all with a smile! Thank you Earl! More

They are very reliable; what they fix stays fixed, and they do not exceed their estimates when it is time to settle up. I find everyone I speak with in the service dept. is respectful and professional. I they do not exceed their estimates when it is time to settle up. He fully meets the description of qualities described above. i do not want to enter an evaluation of someone that I am not sure of, but since I cannot close this survey without scoring service dept employees, I will give them all a 5. More
