Charlie Foxtrot…nothing but runaround. They’ve had my car 2 weeks. Today is 13 Sept. we’ve drove the car maybe 2 weeks combined. All I keep hearing they have to “wait on parts”. I have asked for a loaner but have been denied. Koons Ford is a terrible dealership. I do not understand because I take my Toyota to Koons Toyota for service and I get great service. I even get loaner car if they keep my car for more than one day. I will never recommend Koons Ford. I probably will never recommend the Koons brand to anybody even with the good experiences I’ve had with the Toyota dealership. More
