Terrible experience…despite a scheduled appointment and knowing I was waiting it took the service department almost 3 hours to do an oil change and update the Sync on my F150. Vehicle was parked for almost knowing I was waiting it took the service department almost 3 hours to do an oil change and update the Sync on my F150. Vehicle was parked for almost an hour before they even started. Then I was charged $88 for an oil change that was quoted on their web site as being no charge. When challenged about the cost, my service advisor advised it was a known issue than management was aware of but hasn’t corrected. More

I scheduled an oil change for my BMW 430i that I purchased there one week in advance. when I arrived at 8:30, a half hour early for my appointment , I was told that you didn't have the filter, 3 hou purchased there one week in advance. when I arrived at 8:30, a half hour early for my appointment , I was told that you didn't have the filter, 3 hours later, I was told you didn't have the oil. 5 hours later I had to request a loner car to go home to Ellicott City to accept a deliver. the car was completed at 1:30 and I had to drive back to Annapolis to pick it up. the only reason I did not give u a 1 is that you comp'd the oil change.
