Diane had been with Flemington Car and Truck Country for 29 years, having worked with Subaru and GM before coming to Flemington BMW. Diane strives to provide the best service experience for all of her customers by building meaningful long-term relationships and exceeding their expectations. Diane is a Hunterdon County resident along with her husband Ed. Both of their children are now off to college. Diane is originally from Dallas, Texas and also a die-hard Cowboy fan. When Diane is not at the shop, she spends her time volunteering at her church, spending time with her P.E.O. sisters and spending time with her big extended family.

My wife, Wendy, and I live in Princeton NJ. We thus were planning to buy a car in that area. We were looking at Audi's BMW's and other cars. Looking at small SUVs. Wendy has a Volvo wagon ( We thus were planning to buy a car in that area. We were looking at Audi's BMW's and other cars. Looking at small SUVs. Wendy has a Volvo wagon (2016) which she loves. (I do too). I've always had sedan's with reasonable power. Audi's, BMW's (I loved my 2011/12 528. We looked in the Princeton area; the BMW dealer and sales manager said they really didn't have time for me. I tried several times. A good friend, Barbara Nelson had a SUV x3. She let me drive it and I really enjoyed it, she also said that she had to shop around geographically and ended up at Flemington BMW and liked it. She gave me Diane Barry's name. I called Diane, and she could not have been more welcoming. She was that way in person as well. I always like to vet the service department as well. If the overhall culture of the company is healthy, then so are the departments. Certainly Diane's service department seems to be. Diane introduced me to Cindy Amin .. same attitude, welcoming and friendly. Cindy, in turn, intoduced me to Tom Terrill. Same thing. He was kind, patient, knowledable; a great guy. Tom had me test drive an older x3 and it was great. So, I made arrangements for Wendy and me to go back as Wendy will be a co-owner and really likes the suv... for distance off the ground (thus flexible on types of roads and better visiblity). Her impression of Flemington BMW and Tom, was the same as mine. Professional, friendly, knowledgable, patient, dependable, and gives transpartent information. We decided to buy the SUV x3. so the next time I met with Tom, I took a good friend, Steve, who had a BMW x5 and was very familiar with the accessaries. Tom and Steve and I designed my car. It was ordered and Tom kept us up to date almost weekly and whenever something changed. He made sure that when it came in, I knew, and also made sure that if he were not in the dealership (he had a family medical issue he had to deal with), that I knew who his back ups were. When we picked up the car, he was there and basically spent the day with us going over everything, including finances which was handled very professionally by Cathy Ferry. When we were walking around the dealership, everyone (employees) was really friendly and always said hello. The car is beautiful, drives well, and so, I am very very pleased. With Tom and the whole dealership. So, thanks to all, including the owners who usually are responsible for the tone of the culture, which is wonderful. More
