One of the items to be addressed was the failure of the rear hatch door to open and close automatically. I was quoted just over $1300 to fix it. I declined and came home, read the manual, and discovered rear hatch door to open and close automatically. I was quoted just over $1300 to fix it. I declined and came home, read the manual, and discovered there is an on/off switch in the glove box that was inadvertently switched off. Now it works fine. They fixed the leaky sunroof but I was misquoted on the charge. I felt they were trying to sell me anything! The mistake was enough to end my business there. More
