Hiram my service consultant was awesome. He gave me guidance on how to get the repair covered by the manufacturer despite my warranty expiring due to mileage because leaks from the third bre He gave me guidance on how to get the repair covered by the manufacturer despite my warranty expiring due to mileage because leaks from the third break light are a known issue with Ram trucks. It took a little bit of effort to connect the warranty agent form the manufacturer with the Service manager but they eventually connected and approved my repair under warranty. The service has not been completed yet due to delivery issues with the ordered part so the repair hasn't been completed yet which is why the rating isn't a 5. More
