I have been using James Woods for my service for 10 years. Until last year I have had total faith in them. This last 1-2 years it has been less. during the remodel it was hit and miss then total turn years. Until last year I have had total faith in them. This last 1-2 years it has been less. during the remodel it was hit and miss then total turn over in service staff. You call to set appointment and the call is not returned. You come by and make an appointment. I am hoping that they return to my former state of appreciation. More

I have purchased several Trucks from James Wood Chevrolet with Derek Ward being the salesman making the deal. I get good deals and service at this dealership that is an hour away from my home, must be a good with Derek Ward being the salesman making the deal.
