The Service Department has keep my 2014 BMW running like new! My Service Advisor, Carol Muniz, kept me informed, while the car was being serviced. My last Service Advisor, Adam Romano was just promoted t new! My Service Advisor, Carol Muniz, kept me informed, while the car was being serviced. My last Service Advisor, Adam Romano was just promoted to Assistant Service Manager. A well deserved promotion! Chris Blanco, Service Manager, is honest and trustworthy and I can always count on his knowledge and friendship! Matt Carlson, is the General Manager, of Rallye BMW and he was my first service advisor way back in 2004. He is a true gentleman and leader! He has created a tremendous team! Looking forward to getting another car from Rallye this coming January. More
