What concerned me more was the inspection report I received. It indicated that my battery was bad, even though I had recently replaced it. When I brought this up, I was told to disregard it. That raises questions about the accuracy of the inspection overall and makes it difficult to trust the recommendations provided.
The staff was polite, but the lack of time management and questionable inspection results made this experience disappointing. I would recommend improving communication around wait times and ensuring that inspection reports are accurate and reliable before sharing them with customers.
