Called and talked to Mable Matos about a specific car and she found exactly what we wanted. She texted my husband, he gave no response, she emailed my husband, again he gave no response (he doesn’t look at she found exactly what we wanted. When we went to the lot a few days later to complete the transaction everyone was very friendly, there was no attempt to “upsell” and the entire process was complete in less than an hour.
