This is one of the best dealerships I've done business with, I bought the first truck I ever owned from them back in the early 2000s and I've always been impressed with them. Their service dept is very pr with, I bought the first truck I ever owned from them back in the early 2000s and I've always been impressed with them. Their service dept is very professional and they get you in and out in a timely manner, and they find a way to get you in not like others that turn you away, I live in stark county but this is the only place I'll bring my truck, keep up the good work. Had a bit of a mixup on the 1st day we went and wasn't planning on coming back after a 3 hour drive there. After we left the dealership we stopped and got dinner and received a text that they got the deal planning on coming back after a 3 hour drive there. After we left the dealership we stopped and got dinner and received a text that they got the deal done on another vehicle since the 1st vehicle choice was MIA. So the wife and I decided to give them a 2nd chance and returned the next day and ended up driving off with 2 vehicles. Paege, Aaron, Kevin & Craig were awesome in getting the deals done. In and out with 2 cars in under 2 hours. More

Good experience. Changed my mind about Auto dealerships. I've never gone back to the same dealership a second time, till now. I've ALWAYS had bad experiences dealing with any dealerships until Ganley Ford. I've never gone back to the same dealership a second time, till now. A true story, in 1973 I got cheated so bad, that it took me till 1986 to ever set foot in an auto dealership again, and that experience wasn't that great. My salesman, Tony Zuppe was great and Craig the F& I guy was also great. I highly recommend Ganley Ford and I will return the next time I need a car or truck. More
