Drove the 3 hours from Morgantown WV the next day, paperwork was ready by the great financial team, (Tony didn’t even mind I spilt a can of coke on his desk🤦🏼‍♀️). Was in and out within 45 min and on my way home with my new 2022 Bronco Badlands. Would highly recommend Tony and Ganley Ford to anyone looking for to purchase a new Ford. Definitely got noticed the moon when I walked in on the lot. Jennifer came right up to me and made sure I was assisted with everything I needed. I admit that I was not used to that in 2022! I’ve been acros lot. Jennifer came right up to me and made sure I was assisted with everything I needed. I admit that I was not used to that in 2022! I’ve been across the state to about 15 dealerships. This was the first one to actually give me assistance. Way to go, Jen! The inventory was a bit less than what I was used to in preceding years… That was my only real detriment. But I understand how things are in the current moment. But I was able to get right into a vehicle that I was interested in, take a test drive and come right back. Jen got the ball rolling on the paperwork right away; resolved my objections quickly, and got the car delivered as promised right in the nick of time… Quite literally I might add. So thank you everybody at team Ganley! Perhaps I will be back in the future to buy again . More
