I was quoted a price for an oil change which I signed off on. The next morning I got a call that they didn’t realize my car was diesel (which is clear by the make of my car) and was quoted a much higher pric on. The next morning I got a call that they didn’t realize my car was diesel (which is clear by the make of my car) and was quoted a much higher price. I had to argue and speak to a supervisor to pay the quoted price. The next morning the oil light came on saying the oil was low - it wasn’t even full! I had to wait around the next day for someone to fill up the oil I had waited around for the day before. Never again will I go to Rallye! More
