They were very helpful & accommodating. Due to repairs needed on my car I needed a loaner vehicle. They had me on my way and back the next day with my car repaired and ready to go. I went in for an oil change on 12/30, came home and oil was leaking on my driveway. I went back, told the representative what happened. Turns out a filter was inappropriately installed on the oil change. T was leaking on my driveway. I went back, told the representative what happened. That was fixed, but NO offer of any compensation or help for the fact I now have an oil stain on my driveway because of the improper service. More
