I have been with BMW since July of 1983; started as a tech for 5 Towns BMW, and then went to Bayside BMW in 1986, working as a Service Advisor. I became Service Manager there until 1998. Next, I took a position at BMW of Manhattan, as the Paint & Body Shop Manager. For this position, I supervised the set up and ran the paint & body shop. In December of 2004, I came to Rallye BMW as a Service Advisor. I am proud to work for a dealer that has faith in the decisions that I make, which are always in the best interests of our customers and the dealership itself. I am from Elmhurst, NY and a graduate of Queens Vocational School. My ability to work with my hands spans from automotive to boat and home repairs. In my free time, I enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and doing wood work. My motto is to treat others in a way that I would like to be treated!

Work done in a timely fashion I brought my car in for the yearly service yesterday and was going to get a loaner because I was told it could take about 90 minutes for them to finis I brought my car in for the yearly service yesterday and was going to get a loaner because I was told it could take about 90 minutes for them to finish servicing my car. When I arrived I met Chris Blanco a GREAT guy who I know for 30 years and I decided to wait instead of taking a loaner car. Things couldn’t have worked out any better. My car was ready in a little over an hour. I paid the money do and my car was outside clean and ready for me to drive home. One of the best experiences having my car serviced that I can remember.?????????? More

I would say lack of communication between service and client I’m coming to this service because it’s less crowded and convenient. I lease a Bmw 740 2017 and came to this service for a parking sensor malfunction, I’m coming to this service because it’s less crowded and convenient. I lease a Bmw 740 2017 and came to this service for a parking sensor malfunction, the parking sensors worked on and off. I live the car at the service around 9:30 am on Friday and picked the car Monday around 5.00 pm. I give them at least 10 calls to tell me the status of my car with no response back either the service advisor left either they don’t know and someone will call me back. Monday I give a call back and around 12 pm the service advisor called me back to tell me that one of the sensor it’s hit and I have to pay for this, I asked how much and he told me around 300$. I told him ok do it but I want to see the sensor, when I got there the bill was 642.22$ and no sensor which I asked the service Manager to bring me back. The sensor had a small tinny chip from debris the front bumper has no hit and the way he told me it’s the sensor was damaged on the back (of corse he never saw a sensor out from the car because the way he drawe it was something else). The second time I did the wheel alignment and they left my steering wheel not straight. So 2 visits two big problems. The sensors they don’t damage easy they have a protection but it’s their word against your word. It’s very hard to find good quality people. Just be aware and try to inspect the problem before you go there because they will tell you it’s your fault and the warranty will not cover. More
