Very poor customer service. Service advisor had our car keys after our service was completed, but was so lazy that he couldn’t even be bothered to let us know or hand over our, Service advisor had our car keys after our service was completed, but was so lazy that he couldn’t even be bothered to let us know or hand over our, even though the entire time we were sitting right behind him waiting for our car to be done. After awhile, we walked over to him to ask about our car, and saw our keys on his table. When asked why didn’t he handed over our keys once the service was done he coolly said it was with him for 10 minutes and he was planning to come up us . He said someone will get our car once it is washed. To our surprise, we found our car was parked in a parking lot for a while. Horrible customer service and lazy advisors. More

Daniels staff are like good friends: caring for my safety and well-being; understanding of my wants, needs, limitations and quarks; and finances. Staff are knowledgeable of all BMWs of various models and yea and well-being; understanding of my wants, needs, limitations and quarks; and finances. Staff are knowledgeable of all BMWs of various models and years: differences and similarities. Fair and accommodating in trading in my old car and buying my new car. Paperwork went smoothly and easily. Bought a used car but when it could not be delivered when I wanted, staff accommodated me with a new car for about the same payment. What and why a payment was comfortable for me was taken into account. Staff followed up to ensure I was doing well with my new car. My 2014 BMW was well-love by Daniels and me over the past 10 years. I know I will be getting the same with my 2024 for the next 10 years! P.S.- Dillon helped me move all my belonging from my old care to my new car. I noticed he sniffling. He downplayed his allergies being kind to my feeling and finished. More

From the moment I walked in, the entire dealership staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous, making me feel right at home. Special thanks to Mason, who was simply tremendous! He took the time to meticulously go through every aspect of the car with me, ensuring that I understood all its features and felt comfortable with my purchase. The professionalism and dedication Mason displayed were truly remarkable, and I greatly appreciate the time he invested in making sure I had all the information I needed. Additionally, the financial advisor was equally impressive, guiding me through the process with ease and transparency. Daniel's BMW is a shining example of what a car dealership should be.
