In fact, when deciding between two cars, we test drove the more expensive car and he recommended we test drive the one below it as he could tell it would fit my wife better. It did and we ended up loving that car more! His chill style and non-pushy manager made the experience very soothing and not stressful. By time we closed on the car, some of the staff ended up staying to well past 9pm for us to get through the entire process. Their customer waiting areas, coffee, drinks, tea, snacks all made it comfortable for us and our rambunctious child! More

Were in need of a car and we headed to see Subaru as it is our dream brand.. booked an appointment and then we met Layla though shes not the one we booked with she made sure that we understand and got quot is our dream brand.. booked an appointment and then we met Layla though shes not the one we booked with she made sure that we understand and got quoted right away, but of course a delay of a dream means a redirection, And so we stop for a moment to find that redirection, but Layla did not stop to find that dream for us... She persistently followed us up and patiently guided us to what we really need... until 1 day we found it through Layla. She is perfect. Kudos to Layla... continue to be an advocate to your clients..
