I have been going to this location for some years & so far have been pleased. The location is clean & the woman bathrooms are clean! Carlos is my advisor and I couldn't ask for better! Certainly pleased with the technicians & how one of Carlos technicians explained to me in detail what was going on with my truck. Grateful for the hard work that's done on my vehicle. Extremely disappointed! The skid plate on my truck was removed for an oil change and not only was it reinstalled wrong it was covered with oil. It was so cockeyed my wife as The skid plate on my truck was removed for an oil change and not only was it reinstalled wrong it was covered with oil. It was so cockeyed my wife ask, what’s wrong with your truck. I was first in line the next morning but was put in a long line of other customers. Very frustrating since the problem was caused by the service department. The last thing I wanted to do was drive an hour to have them correct the problem. I thought they were working on my issue. However after an hour I asked for a status and that is when I learned I was “still” 3 in line. By the way, I drive past two Toyota dealerships to go to this - not anymore. More

Carlos is exceptional but my service took 2 hours or more and they didn’t even rotate my tires, again Agent Carlos was awesome as always but I guess they had too many cars at the bay.
