I was disappointed with my recent service experience. Despite having a prior appointment, an oil change took 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete. Had a great experience with their service dept today. Carlos was my service advisor and he was extremely professional and kept me updated throughout the process. It took 7 hours for my son to get my oil change and some flushes. He should have been told in the beginning if there was going to be a delay so he could have made an informed decision about staying or comin flushes. It’s usually about 2 1/2 hours for my vehicle to get serviced. This wait was longer than usual which caused a huge inconvenience. Missed appointments and late for work. Seven hour wait time for the service provided was absolutely ridiculous. More

Well they are too honestly my lest two times I was very disappointed whit the technician he said my new tires was bad and I should change them my tires was just a week old but was installed in another stor disappointed whit the technician he said my new tires was bad and I should change them my tires was just a week old but was installed in another store I went in another location my tires was perfect the problem was technician that couldn’t do a properly alignment. Lest time I replaced my filters my self week before go there they said my cabin filter was dirty. How you will trust in a location like this ? More
