However, when I had my oil changed the last time, it dripped on my driveway via the oil filter. After discussing with the service advisor, Zach, he first said if the level wasn't going down on the dip stick, then I shouldn't worry about it. I said I would rather bring it in and find out what is causing the drip. So, an appointment was eventually made. I live in Wichita Falls, so it's difficult to get to Decatur on just any given day. Anyway, after returning to the dealership, the leak was fixed quickly. The service advisor said it was a crimped filter. It no longer leaks. However, I just got an email from Carfax saying the oil and filter were changed on my last visit. Since the sticker on the windshield was not updated, or the oil life % reading was left the same. I am not sure the oil change was performed or not and yet. would like to know. I did not receive a document or invoice when I left the dealership even though I had signed a work order form when I arrived at the service center. That's not the way it usually has been there. I guess at this point, I just want to know if my oil and filter were actually changed on my last visit. That's it...
