This review is for my GMC CANYON Monday will be my 4th time I take it in due to my back up and front cameras not working. It's sad that James Wood does not have a good enough auto computer department th time I take it in due to my back up and front cameras not working. This has nothing to do with the service person it has to do with whoever is in charge of the repair department. More

My car has been to the service department 3 times for the same issue. I picked it up today. Driving home, it started making the same noise. Three times and it’s still not fixed. Our sales experience was same issue. I picked it up today. Driving home, it started making the same noise. Three times and it’s still not fixed. Our sales experience was great. Service has been horrible. The service advisors have been nice but they receive a bad review even though they don’t actually perform the service to the vehicle. If my vehicle ever gets fixed, I will not return to James Wood for any other service. More

Karen Pattison always does an amazing job at finding the perfect vehicle for me.
