First time getting my car. Billy helped me out and was really nice and fair. Didn't try to get me to get a pricer car or pressure me and was honest and truthful. Bought my car WITHOUT any car payments. But when I got my car, the key fobs were not even connected to the car in the first place. Would had to pay $180 just to fix the key fobs but thanks to Bryan I didn't have to do that. I highly recommend Bryan. He helped me fix my car's key fob without me paying for anything! Thank you Bryan!! More

We had a little bit of an issue. We live 2 hours away. Once we got the car home, we started experiencing loud popping and grinding sounds. My husband figured out that it was a bra We live 2 hours away. Once we got the car home, we started experiencing loud popping and grinding sounds. My husband figured out that it was a brake problem. This was the first time that we have bought a car from Crest. We were thinking is this a lemon of a car? It took a few phone calls, but we were connected to Brian Bingham. My husband explained the issue and Brian got us an appointment for the next day. In a couple have hours, the issue was fixed. The only other thing was, I wished I had noticed that the car’s retractable cargo cover was missing. It was probably taken out of our and put in another car. We felt much more comfortable with Crest, once this brake issue was resolved. We will do business with Crest again in a few years. More
