The only problem I had was they gave me a noon appointment to bring my car in for inspection and, though I arrived at 11:45, I still had to wait till about 2:30 until I got my car back. My car was inspected, yet I shouldn't have to be there for such a long time just for an inspection when they didn't need to repair anything. More

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Honda service center. My car failed the NYS inspection last month, yet no one informed me. I only discovered this today when I noticed my inspection Honda service center. My car failed the NYS inspection last month, yet no one informed me. I only discovered this today when I noticed my inspection sticker hadn’t been updated. For over a month, I unknowingly drove with a failed inspection status, risking a fine — all because of their negligence. To make matters worse, despite my car failing inspection, they provided no notice at the time and made no follow-up contact afterward. The failure reason? Window tinting — yet my front and side windows are completely clear, with only rear window tinting for child protection. Despite clearly informing their staff about this, they still failed my car. I’ve trusted this center for years, but this careless mistake shows a complete lack of responsibility. Because of their failure to notify me, I now have to pay for another inspection at a different location. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in their service. I would strongly caution others before relying on this center. More
