My experience with the service department was excellent. The shop is spotless and organized. The waiting area is nice with plenty of seating. They were prompt and ready for me at my appointment time. Your service was very good as usual. Setting the appointment both online and on the phone was terrible. Online didn’t accept my password, inquiry o4 appointment. Soooo! For two days I was transferred to Tom, who I later learned was the manager, left my number with an explanation of simply wanting to make an appointment. On the third day, I called again, twice. Th3 firs5 time I connected with a human. She indicated the service coordinato4 was out to lunch. Took my phone and promised a callback. NOT. Called back and f8nally connected, and service was for a week later. Ridiculous. Now that said a week later everything went as expected. Lennie, was my advisor and followed through to my vehicle pick up. He just never told me if my recall was done. I like the place, service and people but if they are too busy, then stop texting and emailing me to come for service. Which my last point is to update the vehicles you service. I only have 11710 miles on the vehicle. My 20000 will be my next visit due, so I would appreciate less contact until that point. More

Horrible dealership. My car has the extended warranty for white peeling. They are not organized at all.. I got photos taken of where its peeling then a month went by and My car has the extended warranty for white peeling. They are not organized at all.. I got photos taken of where its peeling then a month went by and they didn’t contact me about when it would be fixed. I had to follow up and they again didn’t know what they were doing. I finally got an appt & then they cancelled it on me randomly 2 weeks prior to it claiming the bodyshop was backed up & I’d have to wait months for a new appt. In the past when I did get my car repainted there, they got paint all over, inside my car and were giving me issues about it. Fully unorganized and I would recommend going elsewhere for your Hyundai issues. More

To say that this dealership does not go out of its way to help its customer is an understatement they go over and above anything you ask, they are there. I gotta tell you I’ve been buying cars for 30 years p help its customer is an understatement they go over and above anything you ask, they are there. I gotta tell you I’ve been buying cars for 30 years probably one of the best dealerships to work with on Long Island. The staff the managers the finance guys they really really try to make a deal and work with you with any obstruction that hits them they overcome very proud owner of a new palisade very happy with it and I look for a Long future of Buying Hyundai. What a car company what a car what a staff highly recommend them More

Overall, the sales experience was ok. Very informative, but way too much in terms of financing was left until the end, when meeting with the business manager. Having never leased before the process was pretty confusing, although I felt that Gerard did a good job in explaining everything. There was just way too much to go through and in the end I feel like I wound up paying more than I should have. Of course I didn’t see anything in the way of these “special end of the month deals“ That the website team had initially mentioned prompting my visit on Friday afternoon. I do love the car though, and whether or not I choose to renew this lease will depend almost completely on the car’s performance, as well as having a more thorough picture of the finances when that time comes. Based on sales experience alone, I would not be leasing again with Hyundai 110. More
