Bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson for a 30,000-mile service. I was told by the sales rep/mechanic that I needed a differential flush for both the front and rear. My 2019 Tucson is FWD, and Hyundai of 110 was trying to lie/trick me into getting maintenance work of $199.95 for the front differential flush and $199.95 for the rear differential flush. My Hyundai's front differential is integrated into my transmission, so it doesn't even need a front differential flush. My car doesn't even use or need a rear differential flush cause it's not AWD. They were also trying to upsell me a Cabin air Filter for $89.95. I'm not very knowledgeable about cars, but I can dam well use ChatGPT. Before getting any services done at Hyundai of 110, make sure your phone is charged and ChatGPT is loaded. Because it saved me $400 on paying for bogus car service that my car didn't need or even is built for. More

Then couldn’t get anyone on the phone all day for a status. Car was there for almost 6 hours with no communication. More

The most difficult used car negotiations ever to finally get a fair deal. To many unexpected fees and financing had to go through dealership. I was pre authorized by 2 banks. get a fair deal. To many unexpected fees and financing had to go through dealership. I was pre authorized by 2 banks. More

Everyone at Hyundai of 110 was friendly and helpful. I was there for two recalls on my 2022 Sonata. I had a 10;30 appointment and rather than sit there all day Uber car brought me home and back when the service was completed. I think that makes it more convenient to consider your particular dealership for service. However, I suspect that since I was not paying for the recalls my car was there from 1030 to 1630 hours. I suspect that the paying customers were given preference over recall customers. Perhaps in the future bring recall cars in the afternoon so the wait takes less time. I had a 1030 appointment and hoped to be completed by 1330 hours, so that I could run errands in the afternoon. More
