It has been nothing but a nightmare with Mcclusky Auto Body Shop for me and my husband. We sent our car there through our insurance, in the first week of July because our car was vandalized in the proce Body Shop for me and my husband. We sent our car there through our insurance, in the first week of July because our car was vandalized in the process of an attempt to steal it. The initial repair was to supposed to a broken and torn steering colloum and a damaged side mirror as well as a back window. After taking over a month for those repairs to be completed we were then informed that the car would not start. They diagnosed the problem and told us our engine was locked and that we needed a new engine. They stated that we would need to give them $5,000 up front to order the engine plus $1,000 for installation. After giving them the money there conduct became very unprofessional and communications was very poor as far as keeping us informed and updated about the status of our car repairs. Once the engine was installed we were told that the car wouldn't move and we now would probably need a new transmission. I feel like we were mislead and taken advantage of because we trusted them to treat us fairly and honestly. It is almost the beginning of October and we still don't have our car. This whole situation has been and still is extremely stressful. It has impacted our finances. My husband and I have been struggling with transportation to our jobs for the past 3 months. As well as doing necessary things for our children. Such as doctor appointments. I have contacted corporate , left a message and we have still not received a response More

Let this be noted donot buy a car from mccluskey any car period once they make the sale tough to bad for you if something goes wrong with your car no compassion what so ever. People like the mccluskeys sit upon their untouchable throne. Karma comes around sooner later and all i will have to do is sit and wait. I was raised to treat people right and with respect and you recieve that back obviously no morals taught there.my problem is 2016 chevy cruze with leak and water rolling around in my brand new car and recall on battery. Oh mighty mclusky could not even get me in for service so that big beautiful building and all your special things in your show room doesnot mean anything if you cant treat your customers right. I will not be back for new car there Mike Castrucci is the way to go first class service. Thankyou Mike Castrucci and employees!!!!! More

I live in Latonia, Kentucky, that's about 25 miles from McCluskey Chevrolet at the Kings Auto Mall. I have always had excellent service at a fair price at McCluskey Chevrolet. My current car is a Saturn Sk McCluskey Chevrolet at the Kings Auto Mall. I have always had excellent service at a fair price at McCluskey Chevrolet. My current car is a Saturn Sky, which I purchased at another dealership in Cincinnati. After two service experiences, I returned to McCluskey Chevrolet for my service needs. This visit was for body work due to a truck tire tread hitting the front end of my car in rush hour. I called the One Number 761 1111 while continuing up I75 towards work. The McCluskey team responded by having a loaner car waiting for my arrival, helped me with my insurance claim, and I was back on the road, and made it to work on time! Where else can you find that kind of customer support? These people know what customer service and value means, understood my concerns, got the repairs done as promised and on time.
