My service Advisor Brandon is really good. He is super friendly and definitely looks out for his clients. A+ As for the rest of the dealership, nobody works in tandem. I normally use a different dealer due to multiple past issues at Rallye with my car, and my father’s car who also gets it serviced there (no issues with Brandon, but rather with billing and techs). I decided to give them another shot since they sent me a coupon for the Holiday. I have a ceramic coating in my car and have told my SA who has a note down on my account to not run my car through the automatic machine. When I went to pickup my car, a tech told me it was being washed and I had to wait. When I asked them why (since I told them not to wash it in the past) they tried to find it, but then somehow lost my vehicle on the lot. It took 45 minutes to locate the car somehow, only for them to tell me they made a mistake and “didn’t wash it”. Car was clearly washed though. It was wet lol. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they had washed it just to ease my nerves. Overall, everyone is friendly, I just receive better service and transparency at my primary dealer. More

Brandon, told me that I had a nail in my tire on Thursday. He said, “it was too late to replace the tire that day because the dealership was closing @ 4 pm. He also, stated that the earliest that my tire could be fixed would on Monday & I could bring my car in as early as 7am. I brought my car in Monday morning & waited for about 2 hours. Brandon, told me that there was not a nail in my tire & asked me who told me that there a nail in the tire. Of course I told him that he had told me that there was a nail in my tire. So, he put air in all 4 tires. The next day I went out to get drive my car and the computer indicated that my right front passenger side tire had 0 air pressure ( my tire was completely flat). I called for a tow truck and I asked to be assigned a new agent. Brandon, was totally unprofessional & he caused me unnecessary aggravation during the holiday season. Bret Hines, was wonderful & took care of my situation right away in a professional & respectful manner. He gets 5 stars!!! More
