He was also a pleasure to deal with. The service department also excels and “ Tom” keeps everything moving along smoothly. No matter how busy with cars moving in and out, Tom is well organized but never too busy for a smile when we enter. Great experience with Bert for my first BMW lease. He was always timely with feedback and answering questions. He was very professional and helped us through deciding the color and packages we neede He was always timely with feedback and answering questions.
