After driving the car a day I noticed the drivers seat control panel was loose and so I called Rich- he introduced me to Tammy and it was fixed in no time at all! Perfect from Beginning to End Six years ago I bought my first car at Prestige Volvo. From that time the service department has made me feel like family. When it was time to buy my Six years ago I bought my first car at Prestige Volvo. From that time the service department has made me feel like family. When it was time to buy my second car there was only one place I was going to go. From the moment I called to verify the availability of the car I wanted to helping me carry my stuff to my new car every member of this family made me feel a part of something bigger than just buying a car. Ron felt more like a consultant and friend helping me by a car then someone trying to make a sale. Even though Ron was my direct rep, Tina, Lindsay, Libby and Ariel were there to do the little things to make this process as easy as possible. The final pieces of paperwork with Pat were very easy and very quick. And while I was there Bob, Shannon, and Patricia in service helped me schedule my tuneup for my now 10-year-old XC 90 and gave me a place to hang out while my new car was getting its finishing touches. Buying a car is a very stressful process, but when you’re doing it with people who feel like family it makes it all worth it. More

Excellent Service Dept The Service Manager, Jay, is a hands-on Manager. He interacts with customers, has always greeted me kindly and with concern for why I was in his shop. The Service Manager, Jay, is a hands-on Manager. He interacts with customers, has always greeted me kindly and with concern for why I was in his shop. Patricia and Bob, Service advisors, explain everything to me, set me up with loaners when appropriate, and never let me leave until I’m satisfied. Andy has taken a personal interest in keeping my aging car in top shape. Coming in for an oil change, regular service, or diagnostic (like my last visit), I always feel satisfied when I leave. More

Service Excellence Jay Rosen and his team in East Hanover have been servicing my family's XC90's for the past 13 years. Patricia, Bob and Deena (along with the support s Jay Rosen and his team in East Hanover have been servicing my family's XC90's for the past 13 years. Patricia, Bob and Deena (along with the support staff and technician's that customer's rarely see) are always professional, while making everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. I recently had an expensive item completely fail at less than 2 months out of warranty, which requires subjective decision making. Jay presented a solution that was fair and minimized the out of pocket on both sides. I send new customers here every chance I get, because the purchasing of a vehicle is infrequent, but the service becomes the testament of why you should carefully choose a dealer. More

Lousy Service Department Classic over promise and under deliver. Made an appointment for 10:30 AM for a routine 60k service. The service person "Bob" sat before me and scratched his head trying to come up with what he thought the appropriate price for the service. Bob then asked if I would be waiting. I told him no, that I had a ride but I would be back at 3 for the car. Bob would call me if anything out of the ordinary came up, great. No call. No service. Bob and the service team decided to push me to the back of their service line, thank you very much. So, my ride is inconvenienced, my car isn't ready because they took those waiting ahead of me, and my dog is home waiting. Thanks Bob, I won't be back. Ever. I know this won't amount to much because Prestige Volvo has PLENTY of business and mine doesn't matter, at all. More
