I had a recent car service for our 9-year old, Volvo S60, oil check signal came out, and was advised not to drive it, so we had it towed in at Prestige Volvo-East Hanover where we have been servicing our 2 V oil check signal came out, and was advised not to drive it, so we had it towed in at Prestige Volvo-East Hanover where we have been servicing our 2 Volvo cars for the last 12 years. We have 2 old Volvo cars (the other one is 14 y/o) but still in very good condition, and just minor and expected problems for its age. We owe the longevity of our Volvo cars to Prestige Volvo in East Hanover. We have peace of mind knowing it is routinely checked by highly qualified staff. There is a closer Volvo dealership close to us that we used during the pandemic, when everything was not normal, but we were not happy with their service. They cannot resolve some flashing light issues, so we had to bring it back to Prestige-East Hanover where they were able to identify the issue, and from then on, we never got tempted to go to another dealership again. Prestige Volvo-East Hanover is always clean especially their bathroom, some refreshments in the waiting area, and staff are always pleasant. Their service is very reasonable too. With this last service, Tami Santoro, Walter Castro, Juan Castro and Andy Mucci did my car service, and our car is back in tip-top shape. They even went out of their way to deliver our car even if we are too far from their service area, and for that we will always be loyal customers. I hope you consider buying a Volvo car, with our experience barely any recalls between our 2 cars (if any, very minor). And if you do, please consider buying and having it serviced at Prestige Volvo in East Hanover if you want your car to last and not be unexpectedly interrupted from your driving routine. More

Service department is shady and awful. The service manager is extremely rude and never provided us with paperwork. They didn’t even bother washing the car or putting paper placemats for service and my car smelled like cigarettes and I don’t smoke. Stay far away and go to another Volvo dealership instead.
