Arrived on-time for 9:30 service appointment but sat past 10 with key still in my hand. This was the first service visit for us on our new Volvo ( our first). Servicing seemed to take a very long time and wh 10 with key still in my hand. This was the first service visit for us on our new Volvo ( our first). Servicing seemed to take a very long time and when the car was “ready” it still took 20 minutes for someone to bring it out. The next service visit is at 20K miles and also included for free with the new car purchase. I’m questioning if it will even worth it for free. :( More
