This was an outstanding visit. My service advisor Kelwin Castillo was very thorough and efficient. The service technicians did an excellent job taking care of our Volvo just like the Prestige team has been doing for our family for 25 years. Kelwin is another trusted service team member just like Emily Mamede, Jason Reed, Bob Knott, Patricia Sommerville, Tami Santoro, and Jay Rosen. Volvo makes great cars; the Prestige team (including our sales professional Rich Curto) is why we have driven Volvo for 25 years. It is a great place to do business. Thank you. More

CUSTOMER BEWARE: Prestige Volvo is adding a 3% service fee to all credit card purchases for auto parts at East Hanover location. I recently purchased front and rear wipe blades for $99.06. I call Prestige fee to all credit card purchases for auto parts at East Hanover location. I recently purchased front and rear wipe blades for $99.06. I call Prestige after my credit card was charged $102.03, and they stated there was a 3% service fee to use a credit card. This additional charge was never brought up during the transaction. While service fees are now seen at restaurants and dry cleaners, I was very surprised to hear that Prestige is now doing the same. Moral of the story: shop around and ask the auto dealer if they charge a service fee for credit card use. More

These guys are the best! I brought my XC70 in for service today - arrived at 10:55AM - and mentioned that I was on a very tight schedule - in fact I had a dental appointme I brought my XC70 in for service today - arrived at 10:55AM - and mentioned that I was on a very tight schedule - in fact I had a dental appointment in New Providence at 12:15PM - a good 20 minutes from East Hanover. The service folks diagnosed and corrected the problem in less than an hour - so that I could make my next appointment on time. Also - the work was done right the first time as I am no longer experiencing the problem. In my 18+ years living in Eastern Morris County, I have purchased and serviced 2 cars here and highly recommend Prestige as the most reputable, upstanding and customer focused car dealer in the area. More
