The very best experience in buying a car ever!!!! I can't say enough how great my experience was at Prestige Volvo. I purchased my last Volvo at a dealership that is much closer to my home but I'm gl I can't say enough how great my experience was at Prestige Volvo. I purchased my last Volvo at a dealership that is much closer to my home but I'm glad to drive a little further to Prestige. I was well worth it. The sales person Tina knew everything about the car from top to bottom. She knew every setting and was so patient with my endless questions. I tried to absorb everything she told me but if I missed something I'm sure she will be willing to go over it again. I got a great price and no pressure at all to buy something extra like my last time with buying at another dealership. The car was ready when promised and the paperwork was quick and I even got a loan below what I was told when I signed the deal. Outstanding customer service ! I can only say they have a customer for life. More

The repair was excellently executed and when I asked if they could do the service as well since they already had the car, the answer was "no problem, I'll take care of it for you". The personnel at Prestige Volvo is providing a service level which is truly unique in the NJ auto industry through not just promising but also delivering on the execution of the work needed. I will highly recommend Prestige Volvo in E. Hanover for the purchase as well as servicing of your Volvo. More

Service - Andy going above & beyond! I recently brought my Volvo XC90 which has 170k miles in for general service. Initially, I misunderstood the necessity for a recommended & pricey re I recently brought my Volvo XC90 which has 170k miles in for general service. Initially, I misunderstood the necessity for a recommended & pricey repair & I declined the service. But when I picked up the car, Andy explained the importance of the repair. It was a beautiful, summer Friday evening and I needed the car repaired by early Saturday morning. Instead of leaving on time to begin his weekend, Andy stayed late & worked overtime to ensure the safety & reliability of my aging Volvo. Andy went above & beyond the call of duty to provide my family & me peace of mind while driving our Volvo! More

She was exceptionally responsive, very knowledg Our interaction with Tina Bilokin at Prestige Volvo in E. Hanover, NJ was a very pleasant experience. She was exceptionally responsive, very knowledgeable, friendly, and yet quite professional. She represents an asset to Prestige as a relationship-builder someone one otherwise no longer finds in the automotive industry. We went through numerous dealerships (several makes) before we found Prestige. Working with Tina, we ended up buying two cares in stead of one; spending "a little bit" more money than we had expected, while leaving truly satisfied with the entire buying experience I will highly recommend Tina and Prestige Volvo.. The significant "in-sales-work" Andy Mucci (who is my neighbor) did, should also be mentioned. Andy enthusiastically talked about the 2015 Volvo V60 as he anticipated this would be the kind of car I would be looking for. I ended up getting one, and one S60 for my wife!! More

since the time i came in the door Patricia was great ,courteous and always made herself accessible to my needs.
