Never fix anything properly Brought my car in for service. GPS and entertainment never worked correctly. They told me they fixed the entertainment (radio, iPod, etc.). This happened 2 visits in a row. I complained about how bad the GPS was and that I had to use my mobile phone to get places as the GPS was never correct and sent me in the wrong direction frequently. The manager told me that I'd be better off using my iPhone! I paid all this money for a GPS and he tells me to use my iPhone instead? I guess if there was something wrong with the car itself he'd suggest I take a bus instead of fixing the car. I brought this issue up twice and it was never fixed. Then they charged me for an update that they told me afterwards didn't work and gave me an email link to replace it that didn't exist! Can't stand this service dept. My daughter also had serious complaints. Her AC was broken; blowing moisture into the car. They told her they'd check it out but there was a good chance they'd break it worse when checking it over and that she would be responsible for the damages if that happened. She told them to forget it and took it to a friend who owns a garage who fixed it. Can't wait till warranty is done; will go to a regular mechanic. More

The sales process has always been effortless, the sales associates informed, accessible & always helpful. BUT they pale in comparison to the amazing customer-centric service department. Jay Rosen & his team are always willing to go the proverbial “extra mile”. Not only is Jay knowledgeable, but extremely proactive offering suggestions & insights. They recently serviced our LR2 Land Rover as well. Why? Because the Prestige team was infinitely more focused on us, the customer & their pricing substantially lower than the Land Rover dealership! Good service After an encounter with a truck tire tread that got thrown into the front of my Volvo I went to my dealer (Prestige Volvo) and asked to have the under After an encounter with a truck tire tread that got thrown into the front of my Volvo I went to my dealer (Prestige Volvo) and asked to have the undercarriage checked. After about an hour I was told nothing underneath was damaged. Not only did they not charge me they also washed my car. A few days later my wife realized she had lost her key to her Saab. There are no more Saab dealers so she called Prestige to see if they could help. The parts department spent many minutes with her trying to find a place to replace the key. They finally found a place in Hamburg NJ. They were very patient and helpful. The sales staff, service and parts people are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. More

Great Staff, Excellent Service I have now leased two vehicles from Prestige Volvo. They have never employed any high pressure sales tactics. All questions are answered with a transparency I had not come to expect that from a car dealership. I've learned that there is always a benefit to shopping around and doing your due diligence when making a major purchase, but the level of service and professionalism at this dealership really makes me feel they should be on any local persons' to-visit list when considering purchasing a new or used Volvo. Ron (sales and leasing specialist) and PJ (one of the sales managers) do a phenomenal job making you feel appreciated as a customer. They'll listen to your concerns and address them without any hassle. Craig (the other sales manager and the person responsible for ordering and managing the dealership's stock) was the person I worked with to negotiate pricing and timing of my order. Pat Masone dealt with all the paperwork and financing details. I never felt uncomfortable at any point during my visits when working with these two gentlemen. Their honesty and transparency really made that possible. Bob Knott has been my service advisor for most of my service visits and has always been very easy to work with and very easy to talk to about my service issues. His communication skills have made many service appointments go more smoothly than they could have. Jay Rosen, the service manager, is also very helpful and doesn't just sit in his office "managing" - I often see him getting involved in directly helping customers and actively seeking to keep his department running as smooth as possible, often taking proactive steps to help the service advisors to get things done when they're busy and he has a moment. This is not how all dealership service departments are run, and I found it to be a consistently pleasant surprise for the years I've been taking my Volvos there. In the past, I've had too many experiences where the service manager just "manages" unhappy customers after they're given a reason to complain. More
