7 years 66,000 miles Prestige Volvo has consistently provided exceptional service and has on occasion gone above and beyond to provide support with vehicle/warranty work a Prestige Volvo has consistently provided exceptional service and has on occasion gone above and beyond to provide support with vehicle/warranty work and more for this demanding customer. Have also found that their prices are competitive with specialty shops, e.g. brakes, tires/wheel alignment, etc. From initial sale, through Safe and Secure service, and beyond, I would not hesitate to recommend Prestige Volvo, East Hanover to anyone. Excellent Service! I have serviced my Volvo XC70 at Prestige Volvo for several years and I am very happy with the service I receive. Bob Knot is always very responsive a I have serviced my Volvo XC70 at Prestige Volvo for several years and I am very happy with the service I receive. Bob Knot is always very responsive and helpful in getting me the appointment for the work I need, advising me on the phone as to what the problem is (he is nearly always right!), arranging a loaner-car (if needed) explaining the services offered and in general - making the whole service process - including drop off and pick up - a breeze! In regards to the mechanical work, I can tell you that Andy is the most knowledgeable, experienced and professional auto mechanic I have ever dealt with. Andy quickly gets to the bottom of any problems and then not only explains it to me but lays out the most cost-effective repair/replace alternatives. A trustworthy mechanic is not easy to come by these days, but I have complete confidence in Andy's work and judgement. I highly recommend Prestige and Andy in particular for any Volvo service work. More

No missed work and a new engine on 150K mile Vovlo This is our probably 6th or 7th Volvo with this dealership. We have purchased pre owned with warranty, new, leased, and continue to return there. Thi This is our probably 6th or 7th Volvo with this dealership. We have purchased pre owned with warranty, new, leased, and continue to return there. This time, my XC60 which I purchased pre-owned with warranty, has exceeded the warranty at this time, however I had complained of oil light on for a while. The car now has 150K miles. I was frustrated as during the warranty period they could not find the culprit. Now, out of warranty, light on again. I spoke directly with Jay Rosen, service mgr. He corrected the problem of no loaner in 5 minutes, and took my car. He found the problem, and was advised by Volvo corporation to replace only pistons. He knew that would suffice for the time being, but would not solve my problem. He advocated for us as loyal customers with Volvo corporation and a new engine was placed in the vehicle. It was covered under the prior warranty (or his budget; whichever), and I paid $1200 for the engine with all of the system flushes and cleaning so that the new engine would not have debris in the newly placed engine. He even spoke with family car mechanic/hobbiest out of state for me to ensure this was the right move as cars is certainly not my specialty. I had a brand new loaner for 2 weeks; only problem with that is that now I want the brand new XC60! He fixed it, performed all of the labor and due to our financial constraints is allowing a 2 month payment plan for the $1200. In the past he has also taken my husbands S40 which has even more miles on it and took it from another body shop which was assigned by Geico, and my husband brought it to him. He addressed the issues we had from the body shop including a new AC which was damaged in an accident, and not working, when the body shop said it wasnt affected. Jay Rosen called Geico, got a local adjuster with whom he works, and directed them come and evaluate. After they spoke w Jay, they agreed to pay for the new AC, which they did. My husband also put a lot of money into his 2006 S40 recently. Its an older car but running ok and we cannot afford a new car now. He did the fixes and saw the mirror cover fell off/was damaged. He told us he would find a part for us somewhere. He hasnt yet but offered, and maybe he will find one on an older car that isnt needed. It's sheerly cosmetic, so we can wait. He is a strong advocate, strong service mgr, and has a heart--he didn't want me to go around with partial fix and be back. He knows I rely on this car to commute a large number of miles daily into NYC. He has also fixed a flat tire in a pinch on our way to Boston; got towed there, no issue and fixed. Then we were on our way. He has authorized and ensured that nearly every issue is resolved and has gone to bat for us with Geico insurance company and with Volvo parts corporate for us. The staff associate Deena has also been very helpful, picking up an issue from her colleague who wasn't able to help us an Deena connected us promptly with Jay to fix the problem of no loaner there. He stepped in and handled and we thank Deena for being a great liaison and also customer advocate. She is friendly and understands when paying for all of these services are hard. She also saved us from an unnecessary scheduled large service as we had recently done some of the items anyway for another reason. She didnt upsell, so she has my trust as well. Bob is our usual go-to and helpful always, this time we dealt for the first or second time with Deena and we were very happy. Finally, General manager, Matthew Haiken is my go to for purchasing. He matches prices, and is fair. Thank you Prestige. We will buy our next from you too. . More

Prestige Volvo service I've been a loyal Volvo owner for over twenty years. The office admin & sales personnel that I interacted with (Todd Garno - sales) made my purchasin I've been a loyal Volvo owner for over twenty years. The office admin & sales personnel that I interacted with (Todd Garno - sales) made my purchasing decision an easy one. They were outstanding & I was extremely pleased with the value of my 2012 Volvo S60. However, an unexpected problem did come up three weeks after my purchase. One of the cells in my car battery went bad making it impossible to start the car by simply turning on the ignition. Instead I needed several jump starts over the course of several days to start the car. When I brought the car in to to Prestige Volvo (the dealership) to have this issue rectified, Todd (my salesman) interceded on my behalf to ensure that I received a new battery at no cost even though the was no extended warranty coverage for the battery. This service was certainly appreciated! More

I had a 7:30am appointment and arrived early at 7am prior to the service area being open. Jay introduced himself asked what work was being done and took care of my car himself without needing a loaner and I was on the road still prior to opening at 7:30!!! Now that's service. More
