Gave her my desired color, features, trim level, and add-ons I wanted. She set up an appointment to come in. Met the sales manager who had me work with Isaiah McWhorter. Isaiah had my trade in evaluated and we arrived at a fair deal. Best part was they did not play games or try to low ball me which I sincerelyappreciated. They did not have the color I wanted. However, they were able to locate exactly what I wanted and had it brought in. Closed and picked up my new car a few days later. Zeigler clearly has a team approach to customer service. Isaiah introduced me to the finance manager who was awesome. He also introduced me to the service manager and the team in the parts department. They really value their customers. Even other sales people thanked me for my purchase. Isaiah and the entire team kept their promises and delivered an exceptional experience I will never forget. Just to be upfront my family has purchased or leased 2 vehicles back when Ziegler was under a different name. That is why I went back. Not sure who Scott Waller is. I went in looking for a specific color Tucson which Zeigler Hyundai didn't have. For them to get the color I wanted I would need more money for the down payment. I should have walked but I didn't. Ended up leasing another color. They put a license plate on the back but not the front. Was told they thought Wisconsin was changing the law and I wouldn't need the front plate. Called WI DMV and was told I needed both plates. One week later I had a puddle in my garage. Called Ziegler service department and was told to bring it in. Was told the water pump was bad and needed replaced. I had to wait a week for them to get a replacement and install it. Ziegler had the car about as long as I did. When I called the sales rep all he could say was, that's why they have warranty. I would never buy another car or recommend Ziegler Hyundai. The service department was cooperative and friendly. More

Recently I had hit a curb with my new 2024 Hyundai Kona, damaging the rear tire and the wheel, in replacing the damaged tire, Zeigler Hyundai of Racine unknowingly installed the incorrect tire. When I came damaging the rear tire and the wheel, in replacing the damaged tire, Zeigler Hyundai of Racine unknowingly installed the incorrect tire. When I came back for the wheel to be repaired, they apologized several times for installing the wrong tire. Rushing to make things right, they installed the correct tire and any extras it needed, free of charge. The wheel was repaired to the point you could never find where it was damaged! Zeigler Hyundai is the best dealer for purchasing and caring for your new or used car. More
