Not sure why after having been getting my gas short bed f250 serviced thru standard service I was told I had to schedule thru the commercial dept and after doing that, when I arrived at the dealership was f250 serviced thru standard service I was told I had to schedule thru the commercial dept and after doing that, when I arrived at the dealership was told they didn’t see where I had an appt. Service adviser Bill P took care of me and he was great, he suggested some maintenance service which I accepted. Work was performed promptly. Good communication. I do realize after service while looking into something that price I was charged for a battery (without installation) was almost twice the price shown on ford.com…that seems sketchy. More
