I see lack of communication to customer once car is left in the service center , my car got towed on Saturday and should have been picked up for service on Monday. Bill went above and beyond to make sure they got to the bottom of an intermittent, temperature dependent noise that had been documented the previous winter, but couldn't be duplicated until this winter and bottom of an intermittent, temperature dependent noise that had been documented the previous winter, but couldn't be duplicated until this winter and after the warranty expired. Bill took the time to work with BMW, explain the circumstances, and get the necessary repair covered despite the warranty having run out (a lot of dealers would've just said 'sorry, you're out of warranty, nothing we can do'). I was kept updated every step of the way and it was clear that Bill was prioritizing what was right, not the dealership's profit margin. Highly recommended working with Bill! More
